They have a light spectrum shifted towards the red making them ideal during the flowering stage of growth with an added blue spectrum for vegetative growth efficiency. Light EnerG(TM) Super HPS lamps provide more energy which is essential for an optimized photosynthetic response. Lamps can be used in both the horizontal and vertical positions with the appropriate HPS ballast.
